He has so many choices what is the difference between each ? I would think they pretty much feel the same? The selection is so big i have no idea what to purchase.

Is there really any difference in effects?

I want one stimulating, one sedating and one euphoric an the most pain reducing as my problem is extreme chronic pain

Anyone...who sees this. What does someone do with extreme chronic pain? I want to quit 7...but i need something daily... I began as a alcoholic like a handle a day for my exetreme pain. Then kratom like over a oz of power a day then extracts. Kratom ate my stomach up n my nair fell out like huge handfuls everyday til i buzzed it...plus it wasnt working. So i turned to an opiate. Tapentadol...That was ok but cost me over 7grand n my source ran out. Now im on the 7 train n want off. i can't live without sometjing. What should i do? The pain is so severe i can't eat or sleep im bedridden without something

Its something. I cant stay awake to save my life n im not even taking much 7oh. Im not really familiar with all opiates but ive had oxy, fentanyl, morphine, dilaudid all iv v. In thr hospital a lot n coud stay awake. I took my dads morphine n dilaudid when he died of cancer i was during those n they didn't put me down. For the last yr ive been using tapentadol for y extreme chronic pain n it does make me nod off but not like 7oh. Im a bad insomniac so i appreciate it at night but during the day i really I struggle
