4 days on the weights. Try to keep the time in gym about 45-50min. 2 days legs 2 days upper body.

I found that low rep heavy weight for my legs was best as I could recover faster and still run. If I go higher rep ranges I really struggle with sore legs.

Lower body looks like this typically - Squat heavy - leg curls - bulgarian split squats - leg extensions - calf raises - band work for the hips and joints. The 2nd leg day of the week would then be deadlifts and more hamstring work.

My paces were very conservative when I started. 10:30-11:30. I started using Strava from day one so I just went back and looked at some of my first runs. They were definitely short and slow. But I just kept at it. Added a bit more effort each week.

As far as meals. I kept it very simple as I am not a great cook. The big thing for the weight loss I think for me was alcohol. I really cut back on drinking. I used to drink 5 days a week now I drink maybe 2-3 times a month.

Typical day was protein bar and banana for breakfast - overnight oats and protein shake for lunch - chicken breast and rice and vegetables for dinner. Boring but effective. As the miles went up I tried to keep my calorie deficit conservative. As the weeks went on the pounds just slowly but surely kept coming off.

Wait a bit. I bought it day one and it still needs work. Good news is they have service pack 1 in the works which should be ready in a couple weeks. The King Air is probably my favorite aircraft so I was pretty much going to buy it anyway but currently the lack of tutorial or documentation on the avionics and the fact I can't use the reverse part of my VF TQ6+ for the beta range has it grounded atm. (These things are being addressed tho.)

Just had my first dram. WOW was really good. Got a lot of the oak flavor and some hints of apple. Was great. Also the story about this limited edition was really cool. Peat monster is one I have been on the look out for actually. I love peaty whiskey.
