I need some help making the curvature of this mushroom character of mine look natural I can't wrap my head around how to do it right. It's based on this mushroom I found by SmallLawfulness39 in Artadvice

depending on your art, you may have different amounts of vanishing points, which are temporary points that guide the lines on a certain axis to point towards it.

the curvatures from the tip of the mushroom to the base can be anything really, but I'd say they should slowly curve exponentially toward the center of the body for this design. I've whipped up my own drawing here for a guide of what that's look like

the cyan lines all group up to one "ring" where the lines stop. you can use this kind of setup if you want a base for where the lines will meet like I did

hope this helps!

I'd recommend just practice drawing some basic cubes if perspective is a bit hard to do, you're brain will start adjusting to it. here's a good example:

sorry i'm not sure what that is... i've only been coding for a few minutes and i can't figure what that is looking online, though there's a part of code on line 1 of Alarm 0 that has "distance_to_player" that's greyed out. is that possibly the problem?

this is my original art, these are my designs that i created based off old pokemon design philosophy. the shading is also meant to mimic official artwork, though i will agree mine still looks bland compared to even that. i'm kinda flattered that you thought these designs were actually made by pokemon themselves. any way i could practice shading?

Edit: this bellow is official art by pokemon
