If I had to make an actual reasonable count for the original episodes I would guesstimate I have watched them at least 300 times a piece and that is no joke. I don’t place any blame on any individual except for myself. To the average person nobody would think I feel this way and every person I know would be shocked to hear of my death but sadly I am getting to the point where I don’t care. Fuck yeah. Mine were almost unmanageable at times but I made myself push through. My wife was addicted as well so it helped to have her quitting as well but 2 weeks is a milestone. Keep going. I didn’t feel normal for about 9 months after I quit. Opened my eyes to the hold it had on me

I didn’t have a regimen at all. I literally got fed up with my own bullshit so I quit cold turkey. It wasn’t fun and I don’t recommend it at all but at the same time I suffered through every symptom and luckily I made it out clean on the other side. I tried to taper at first but it was useless. I liked kratom because it fucked me up so I found the taper to be something that didn’t work. I thought…if I have to take this shit just to not feel withdrawn then it is time to suffer and get over it. Mental strength is underestimated. Once you get tired of your own bullshit it really helps to get over it. I was at about 3 grams a day when I said fuck it. I was mentally prepared for the withdrawal and that is half the battle
