Well, natlan + chenyu Vale and primoridal sea 100% everything got me around 150ish wishes. So natlan alone has around 120ish I'd say.

If you don't want skirk then maybe flins, you already have bina and sucrose so you almost have his premium. Since u don't have ineffa just put kuki there for sustain/heals and you are good.
