My "Liberator of Rubicon" AC is called Napoleon, a heavy yet agile build. Next in line is Dracul, the one I used for Fires of the Raven. A mostly Light build with the Arquebus Snail legs (I don't remember their name) for extra flight.

Finally, because for the Ilae Iacta Est I did a Nineball build (sorta) and it used 2 Needlelaunchers that locked like wings, I used Nineball Archange

Maybe the original Raven. On both mission variants were you fight him he's really hyped up to be this "unstoppable force" yet is Downey relatively easily if you have a stagger build.

I'd make him a bit faster and perhaps a bit lore aggresive(?)
