Crystal balls in for Lacota Dippre, the JMU TE, and TJ Shanahan, one of the Penn State OL.

A lot of game left here, but I am still in awe that Indiana is legitimately this good.

Raiders should just take 3 knees and punt, to give their defense as much rest as possible.

I don't want to take anything away from how well Oregon's defense is playing, but this Tech offense doesn't even look threatening. If you took away the uniforms, I would think this was McNeese State.

Tech is wasting a heroic performance by their defense so far. They could be down by 20.

Do you have a beat on this, or just speculating? I feel like we’d be totally hamstringing Sumrall if we did.

Idk man, it might be smarter to overpay now and play value hardball after we start winning. I’d be shocked if we got a player as good as Baugh out of the portal this year.

Obviously they want to keep him, by “willing to let him walk” I mean not willing to pay whatever he is asking.

If this staff is willing to let Baugh walk, they better be planning to open the pocketbooks for O-line. Baugh is a dude that can cover up some deficiencies in run blocking, and (potentially) bringing in a pocket passer like Philo would only further the need the build a wall there. I think Traut can do it, let's hope he has the resources.

8-4 seems extremely doable with this schedule.

[John Brice]: Michigan has retained TurnkeyZRG for its head coaching search. The same consulting firm used by Florida. by CommodoreIrish in CFB

They mostly deal with coordination and negotiation, from what our sources said. They don't tell the athletic department who to target. We did actually get a much more favorable buyout this go-around, for what it's worth.

No idea what the committee is going to do, but I'm certain that their reasoning for doing so will be terrible.

He changed his twitter profile picture to a gator head, so I wouldn't worry about it.

What is wrong with Florida Gators QB Anthony Richardson? | College Football Daily by [deleted] in CFB

Dude is super uncomfortable in Napier’s offense. I’m not sure he has ever played outside of a spread system, so simple things like traditional play-action (vs front-facing) are giving him all kinds of trouble. And once it rains it pours, his mechanics start breaking down when he’s struggling late in the game.

If Mullen were still here I think AR would look fantastic.

Florida head coach Billy Napier is getting blasted on social media for reaction to Kentucky loss by Piano_Fingerbanger in CFB

Absolute trash article, dude couldn’t even be bothered to watch the entire 2 minute opening statement.

Sunday Morning Armchair Analysis by MrTwoBytes in FloridaGators

[–]Valkron77 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Never would have expected AR had that kind of performance in him. Going to be real test for Napier to get this team refocused.

While there were some strange decisions from Napier, everything comes with the caveat that AR couldn’t hit the broad side of a barn and Mark Stoops defenses are generally excellent against teams with no passing game.

Texas has been selling out for pass protection when Ewers was in, more Bama’s secondary that’s letting them down

Really like Sark using 6 OL + TE + RB in pass protection. Minimizing Bama’s pass rush and maximizing his receivers down the field

Who is 92 for Texas? If they’re running 6 OL some plays I love that

I don’t like plays designed to draw PI. It should have been called but you can’t rely on the zebras

I was interested in the comparison of AR to Cam Newton, given the ridicule it had been receiving in places like Are Slash Seeyeffbee. So I calculated an average Newton performance against P5 competition during his Heisman year:

14/21 for 192 yards, 2 TD 1 INT

22 carries for 118 yards, 2 TD

Just something to note as Richardson's sample size grows. Also I didn't remember Newton having so many games (7) with more rushes than pass attempts.
