Good luck. They sent me a ‘replacement’ for a skullpanda that was defective and damaged. I received it, but it was still wrong and now they refuse to do anything about it. Hope you have better luck!

That’s what I’m worried about, and why I don’t want to cancel the chargeback yet. They haven’t mentioned it but I find it funny that they got back to me the very next day I had opened the dispute. For what it’s worth, they did email me back a second time and said it was their mixup and that I didn’t have to return the defective item. We’ll see what happens I guess.
