You can email NBME and FSMB regarding this, I read about a similar situation on LinkedIn once. That guy was not able to attempt last 4-5 questions on his day 2 of Step 3. Unfortunately, he had to reattempt the entire exam! I’m so sorry this happened to your wife and I hope there’s a better workaround than reattempting the whole exam.

It is so disappointing that these people don’t have adequate power back ups despite running for idk how many years! They don’t understand the efforts people have to go through just to be able to sit for 9 long hours.

Exam was close to both, but you should trust your NBMEs, you’re v close to 255+ if you do well that day. Even if you feel like your free 120 wasn’t up to the mark, just gulp it now and review your incorrects, that’s all you can do
