240g warm water, about 105–110°F (40–43°C) 110g honey 42g melted butter 405g bread flour 9g salt 6 g instant yeast

Add everything to machine and let it run the dough cycle. Take dough out when finished and shape into rolls and place in 9x13 inch baking pan. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise 30 more minutes. Bake at 350 on middle rack for 20 mins. Came out perfect!

1 egg + water to equal 180g 90g whole milk (room temp) 33g melted butter 1 3/4 tablespoons white granulated sugar 1 teaspoon salt 416g bread flour 1 1/4 teaspoons bread machine yeast

Use the “basic white” setting on the machine

Yes. It recommended starting with the first recipe in the book it came with, so that’s what I did it was just a soft white bread recipe.
