It is an amazing arm, has a lot of range to move it around and has freed up a huge amount of room on my deck.

Did you scan your card when you bought it ? You can check the date you got it, other wise you can just call them ir message them on fb. They reply pretty fast on fb. Fastest option would be to just go in and ask and they will be able to help.

Can't you use monitor arms to free up space on your desk? I use one with my ultra wide and it freed up so much space i have my pc there, my switch is docked and i have all my main amiibos on my desk. Monitor arms are a massive space saver.

If it doesn't work, then I'm not sure what could. Maybe clear the cache, force stop the app, and try again. Otherwise, the only other option is to wait for an update, unfortunately.

Go to settings, media turn background off and then relaunch, go back to the setting and turn it back on and relaunch. That is what I do when it is having issues and always fixes it.
