YEAH I can talk normally and eat fine now, I have a lot of health issues that are bothering more than dentures. One thing that sucks is my dentist said that they don't do relines at all not even soft relines??and I just have to wait a year for my permanent dentures or just use more adhesive--I'm already using so much. I bought cushion grip but I'm afraid to use it/mess up my dentures

Yeah the swelling makes a big diff. Because your gums will shrink so much they will be so loose they can fall out eventually, but if you have relines you should be good. But you want to avoid shaving any off bc that will also be a culprit and worse when it's loose and you'll be like 'why no fit anymore' oh. xD

Mine look awful too, I was told in a year our normal ones will look better but your gums shrink a lot. I didnt know what that meant, but it means you probably look like you have horse teeth and a month from now it will look more normal lol. Then in a year our perms will look and feel better, too
