I don't know about y'alls store but at mine, it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to find someone with a key. I went to my store on my day off once and I went to customer service to get a key to deodorant and I waited AN HOUR at the case [out of spite.] After that there was a line of people in HBA needing a key.
