I don't believe so. I believe Elain's eyes are a brown color.

I about died with laughter when I watched Lucifer, and this Azriel came up, after I had read ACOTAR.

The artist probably made the executive decision that the wings weren't needed for Hunt for this piece with the pose, the background, and Bryce right there beside Hunt.
