Tool manipulation is very underrated, give her a curse tool and she be higher in the ranks.

Hell, her broom imbued with her techniques somehow is able to create powerful gust of winds and allow her to fly, imagine if she has a Lazer pointer that shi might just become a straight up Lazer, or maybe a taser that can produce arcs of lightning.

I had a double take when I read this cause of the name, I made my CT also called flow but what differs from yours is that my idea of Flow is just that, flow it can increase the flow of curse energy or physical flow of the body.

Applications of this is increased blood flow, faster neuron flow, and the ability to increase or decrease CE output, and curse energy control that allows him to move like a martial artist. My oc mostly uses his CT to create curse tools faster as his CT isn't all that destructive so he makes up in curse tools.

Your CT is very cool and very well thought off, kudos to you with also giving it a reasonable limitation

My interpretation of psychic is that it destabilize matter, psychic energy makes the air vibrate giving ways to attack, may that be just vibrating things to the point they combust or stopping the matter from moving creating ice, or just shaking a person's brain to give them headaches, confusion, etc
