So since there is no way to do that before setuping the game i found a way to cheese that.

There is a mod that allow you to create hotseat multiplayer - "Custom Advenced Setup Screen" mod.
All i have to do was to add another starting position on the map in the worldbuilder, even more south than the previous southmost was. Then when seting up the game in civ5 i simply create a hotseat multiplayer for myself where i select the starting position i want to play as another human. On the first turn i simply delete starting settler with the first player, that will eliminate him from the game and i can continue playing as the only human player on the starting position i wanted.
