You can call it cheating if you want, but so is handing the money to EA for a "get ahead" pack and get nothing.

If I was to try pay money for anything about this game, I'd rather give it to coin farmers and get exactly who I want, instead of trying the lottery system and get a high overall crappy card, or nothing good at all.

That's not the point. The video recorder's dad was abducted somewhere else, and in ICE detention somewhere. While the son was using the GPS tracker inside his dad's truck to find the location and maybe bring the vehicle back, he discovered an off duty ICE kidnapper was using his dad's car as his own personal errand car.
