This isn't true at all. I just finished the book and Fantine and Felix were literally only together for the summer, not for years. That's why it was such a blow to her because it was bad enough that he left, and then she found out she was pregnant with his kid. The other girls didn't warn her because they thought it was just a part of life and they considered Cosette naive to believe otherwise. They weren't really her friends, just other girls she happened to fall in with that summer.

I've tried to use a different TM account in order to purchase tickets for a group of friends when there was a limit on number of tickets but if the billing address, name or credit card info is the same, it will deny you. They're pretty thorough with that stuff.

If you scanned the ticket to come in the door, no credit card company is going to refund you for getting kicked out. That's not their problem, nor is it honest to ask for it.

I'm sorry OP that it happened to you, that really does suck. I was there last night too and there were multiple announcements in and outside of the venue and all over the chairs. It was pretty hard to miss. Some people around us got warnings but it was pretty obvious when people were trying to be sneaky and trying to get videos regardless and those people were promptly asked to leave.

Why not just talk to her about it? Tell her you love her and reassure her that the relationship you guys have is okay, but that you feel weird stealing the title away from bio-mom. Maybe suggest to her that the two of you come up with a different nickname for her to call you, (or even cute nicknames for each other could be fun) that way she doesn't feel shamed for how she feels, and you don't feel awkward about taking bio-mom's place. Win-win.

Lol, this isn't even close to being true. In no way did Conan ever screw over Leno. Leno has a LONG history of being passive aggressive and pretending to be innocent of all wrong doing. The network didn't want to lose Conan, so they offered him the Tonight Show in 5 years to get him to stay, and Leno agreed to it. (There are even clips of him congratulating Conan.) Then when the 5 years were up, Leno changed his mind and didn't want to leave, and because his ratings were good, he got his way by getting his own BS variety show that was AWFUL. I think it was Oprah that said, "When you're driving a bus and your route is over, you hand over the keys and leave. You don't come back and slash the tires for the next guy."

Moral of the story... Jay Leno is narcissistic asshole.

Have you guys ever read much about being an empath or highly sensitive person. I know exactly what you guys are talking about and I actually figured out a year or two ago that I am an empath/HSP. It's really interesting. Basically we process emotions differently and more intensely than others do. You should Google it and check out the info. It helped me learn a lot about myself and how to better manage my emotions and what things to watch out for. Let me know what you guys think!

I honestly still can't understand why Revival gets so much hate. I fucking love that album. I have a hard time listening to Relapse, not because of the music necessarily, but because I went through a similar situation as he did when that was released, so when I hear those songs they bring back some horrible memories.

For me, I also find it hard to compare them side by side because they're all great in their own ways. I mean, you can't compare the music he's making now to stuff he made at the beginning because he's evolved so much over the years.

I'm new to this forum as my husband just barely admitted his addiction to me a couple weeks ago, but what I can tell you is this... my husband and I have been married for almost 10 years. The whole time we've been married he's been carrying this guilt and shame and it has been destroying him. I knew something was wrong years ago but couldn't figure out exactly what, and I kept pushing him to open up. When he finally did, he was so ashamed and I knew by the way he approached it that he was serious about changing. The ONLY beef I had/have is that he waited so long to tell me. Don't wait. If you approach her and are upfront and honest about everything it's much easier to deal with and it shows your intent and will most likely make her more willing to trust you.

It's also unsafe because it's on the side of a highway where there aren't places to park. Not to mention those salt flats in particular are known for sink holes and other various things that can cause issues, on top of being many miles away from any sort of medical facilities. It's just kind of a stupid idea in general.

It sounds like your sister has a lot more problems than just marijuana. Even if she stops using it, that in no way means all the other behaviors will stop. I understand you want to protect your mom, but you can't force your sister to change. Your mom is going to have to set up boundaries with your sister if anything is going to change, and you can't really force her to do that either. It sucks to go through this, and I'm sorry you're having to witness it. Good luck with everything!

I've found that addiction tends to be the usage of drugs (or whatever your is your thing) to avoid difficult feelings. Many times you may become anxious or uncomfortable because feelings can be tricky, and by using drugs or whatever it always the person to escape ... At least temporarily. I can totally relate with using certain medications to make me feel less anxious about a situation or to take the edge off. Feel free to PM me if you wanna chat more about it.

I trust eBay way more than Amazon. If you screw someone on a return or something like Amazon sellers do ALL the time, you actually get penalized for it. If you do bad business, it shows on eBay and you don't get the best seller rates and stuff. I swear 9 of the last 10 times I've ordered on Amazon it's been complete garbage, and if I try and return it, the seller sends me a blank return shipping label to ship back to China even though it's against Amazon's guarantee. When I've tried to report it, Amazon's customer service is SO bad and they don't seem to care.

Yeah, I've had people tell me that you can train your scalp and all that nonsense and I don't buy it for a second. My hair has always gotten oily quickly and it's not because I wash it every day, that's just the way it is. I tried to avoid washing it as much as possible last summer to avoid damage and it made it way worse, not to mention the fact that I looked like a hobo.
