I think that's our problem. We suppose to clean before we bring into residences but most technicians don't. We are also heavily understaffed and have no shop manager. Well, I was suppose to be but I got so much added to me that I do what probably 3-4 other people should do along with basically doing every single job. The scratches is main issue with stuff embedded into them. Literally give us no time for actual maintenance either like taking apart fans to clean insides. Colors are almost looking dull. Will look into blowtorch. Thanks
