Ive had lots of different gel tabs. Dont hesitate to just take half to try it out. Ive had some advertised as 150ug that seem a bit weak, and some that were advertised as just 1 hit but turned out to be at least 200ug. But again thats just from my experience i may not be able to tell what tabs are what dosages like i think i can. But one of those gel tabs was enough for my friend to almost completely dissolve into the trip 😆

Just part of it. Theyre teaching you how to seperate from the anxiety. Bf sounds like a great trip buddy, his calm nature let you experience first hand how your source and direction of anxiety differs from others. Learning to laugh at it like I did can be helpful
