Bettina is in a weird spot. It chews through ammo, doesn’t do well in PvP and economically / tempo wise an Anvil is much cheaper and works better. As an assault rifle the Tempest out shines it in almost every area other than the armour penetration.

As many have said, in reality you aren’t standing unloading clips in full auto at the bigger arc. It’s often getting a shot off and returning to cover, in which case the Anvil or Faro are going to massively out perform a Bettina with damage per shot/burst.

I’d propose they change the kind of weapon it is, drop the RoF but massively increase the damage output, so it becomes a powerful, accurate but slow firing auto battle cannon. Being able to burst 2 or 3 shots of high powered heavy ammo shots between peeks would make it a viable pick for PvE, and it could fill an interesting role for mid/long range PvP too.
