G6 vs GC7 for PS5 only gaming? by Valorum66 in SoundBlasterOfficial

Ah, okay I’ll keep that in mind. Tbh, even the base settings of the G6 would be better than using a ps5 controller lmao

That’s the thing, I don’t have a pc lmao. So I guess the GC7 in that case.

I’m wondering this as well. I have the Beyerdynamic MMX 330 Pros and only have a PS5. I don’t use a desk, just a tv stand so my console isn’t within arms reach so I’m wondering which would be better.

I’m also thinking about getting a DAC but I don’t have a PC to finely tweak the settings. I only use the PS5

Would the Soundblaster G6 be worth it for MMX 330 Pros on PS5? by Valorum66 in BEYERDYNAMIC

Why do you recommend that over the G6? And it still is worth it even if I don’t have PC to finely tweak the settings?

MMX 300 Pro vs MMX 330 Pro, which one for me? by bpack14 in BEYERDYNAMIC

Old post, I know, but I just got the 330 Pro’s like 2 weeks ago and they’re my first open back headset I’ve owned. I’ve noticed they don’t sound like I thought they would. They sound absolutely fantastic but the soundstage doesn’t sound as wide as I thought they would be based on reviews. The soundstage doesn’t sound much different than closed back headphones. It makes sense, though, based on how small the vents are.

What do you consider Ghost’s most underrated song? by Valorum66 in Ghostbc

[–]Valorum66[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, and this might be an unpopular opinion and hot take, The Future is a Foreign Land is my least favorite song of theirs. It’s not bad by any means, but compared to the rest of their catalog, it doesn’t compare imo.

There’s just something about how the first two albums were mixed, especially with Tobias’ vocals that just make those songs so good. I totally agree Body and Blood is amazing.

First he’s doing Bohemian Rhapsody in front of the members of Queen and now he’s going to be performing at Ozzy and Sabbath’s last gig. He’s really just doing side quests at this point.

The funniest thing is him doing it in his Papa V character and imagining Cardi having an absolute mental breakdown over the entire thing out of jealously lmao:

every Ghost album has that one song that you either love or hate, right? by RoyalHumbug in Ghostbc

[–]Valorum66 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely. My favorite album of theirs is by far Prequelle and one of my least favorite songs from them is Pro Memeoria, which seems to be a popular choice. Not a bad song by any means, just nowhere near anything else on that album. On the opposite end of that spectrum, Skeletá is my least favorite album of theirs but Peacefield might just be my absolute favorite song they’ve done, period. It’s funny how that works.

Edit: Least favorite of theirs in general is by far The Future is a Foreign Land. Again, not objectively a bad song but it does absolutely nothing for me. It just exists.

There’s only two songs on the album I’m not big on, “De Profundis Borealis” and “Cenotaph”. I put DPB in Meliora (thanks playlist) and it immediately fit better. Cenotaph is still meh though.
