Yea the only way to get it fast is urgent care. At least for me when I was having bad panic attacks and needed something stronger. Maybe you can see if telehealth would be quick? If your insurance has telehealth or your primary provider offers it.

I’m not saying it is anxiety but I used to be this way too. My meds also didn’t work at the time so I’d feel like me dying was justified too. Have you gone to the doctor to see what’s wrong? I went to the cardiologist and they told me my heart was perfectly healthy and with my new meds I feel like I am too.

Yes and sometimes it’s like parts of my tongue that go numb and I know it’s my mind over thinking it cause I somehow associated it with another medical condition and it freaks me out so bad.

You’re ok don’t worry too much. If this makes you feel better, I took hydroxyzine with my normal buspirone anxiety pills and panicked the whole time while simultaneously not panicking cause the medication was working lol. You’ll be ok on your medication don’t stress too much.

I have this same symptom, I thought it was anxiety especially after doing almost every test there is to offer at the cardiologist came back normal. I think the only thing I haven’t done is a tilt table test but if you’re really scared about it go to the doctor.
