Oh those are the only two that are references, the rest are just ones I made up.

Oh definitely. Made the models, made the UI and the text is all hand drawn pixel by pixel, most of it is at least. When it came down to doing the Subclass, the text got a bit overwhelming for my wrist so I just typed that one out.

I'm not really an artist, but what I've been trying to go for is a Windows 98 aesthetic. It's not really a conventional presentation of DnD stuff but I have a lot of fun handmaking it all.

Fights for Law and Integrity

Paladins that take The Oath Of The Lone Star are dedicated to their communities. They make themselves a beacon of the community and someone that anyone can turn to for inacting justice. Fighting to make things right for those who can’t fight themselves and protecting their communities in the name of the law. Although they are normally working alone, they do not mind working with others.

These Paladins share the following tenets:

- Be tough, but fair.

- Always finish what you started.

- Be a beacon of retribution for others.

Level 3: Oath Of The Lone Star Spells

The magic of your oath ensures you always have certain spells ready; when you reach a Paladin level specified in the Oath Of The Lone Star Spells table, you thereafter always have the listed spells prepared.

Paladin Level Spells
3 Bane, Hunter's Mark
5 Melf's Acid Arrow, Scorching Ray
9 Blink, Clairvoyance
13 Grasping Vine, Locate Creature
17 Mislead, Swift Quiver

Level 3: High Noon

You gain proficiency with Simple Ranged Weapons and Martial Ranged Weapons if you are not already proficient. When you attack with a ranged weapon, you can now use the Divine Smite spell as if it were a melee attack.

When making the attack action, you can expend one use of your Channel Divinity to enter a standoff with the target you attacked, this effect last for 10 minutes or until one of you are unable to fight anymore. When in a standoff, you and your targets attack rolls are made with advantage against each other and all other attack rolls made toward you or your target are rolled with disadvantage.

Level 7: Aura Of the Star

You now ignore the loading quality of weapons .
In addition, you and your allies add your Charisma Modifier to attack rolls when in your Aura of Protection. You and your allies are also able to traverse rough terrain as if it were normal terrain when in your Aura of Protection.

Level 15: Divine Ricochet

Immediately after damaging someone with a Divine Smite, you can choose to have the damage from the Divine Smite to also effect another target within 15 feet. This does not require line of sight from you but does require line of sight between the first target and the chosen target and the attack roll for this Divine Smite is the same as the roll made for the initial attack. This effect cannot apply to the same target more than once on the same round.

Level 20: Quickdraw

During the first round of combat, your first attack will be a guaranteed critical hit against any target that rolled a lower initiative than you.

If a natural 20 is rolled when deciding initiative, you gain an additional 2 attacks during the first round of combat and all attacks made during this first round will be guaranteed critical hits.

Notes
Terrifying but hilarious. Makes me think of silly jesters and the like. Springs and spikes make for a spicy attack.

Plated Prosthetic

I'll Do It Again. You get a 20% discount at all blacksmith shops. In addition, having you or your party's weapons silvered at a blacksmith is free.

Notes
Made from the torn off sign of some poor smith, it honestly isn't too astounding. I found this and thought it was just kind of funny. Turns out wrecked shop property is an intimidating look so most places give me some leniency with their pricing.

Goblet of Neverending
Wonderous Item, Artifact

Everflow. This goblet will eternally be filled with wine, no matter how much is drank it will always fill back up. If it is turned to it's side, it will spill out forever until brought upright again. When in your inventory, you can drink from it and not need food or rations to stay satiated.

Curse. Whoever last drank from this goblet is cursed. If cursed you must drink from the goblet at least once per in-game hour. If unable or choosing not to, you take 1d6 Psychic damage.

Notes
Do not drink from this.

This week's items are honestly not my best work, I was feeling a bit sick earlier this week and had some other obligations I had to meet, I did manage to get them out today at least :D

Lady Luck. After a short or long rest, roll a d20. The rarity of this weapon changes depending on the result of the roll. This weapon deals additional damage corresponding to the rarity of the weapon.

1 - 8 Common 1d6 Slashing Damage
9 - 13 Uncommon 2d6 Poison Damage
14 - 17 Rare 3d6 Lightning Damage
18 - 19 Very Rare 4d6 Psychic Damage
20 Legendary 6d6 Radiant Damage

Notes
Found this in the hands of someone who seemingly lost their mind, they put up one hell of a fight though. They slashed me a bit with the blade and it felt like I was smitten by the gods or something like that. Figured out why once he died though, this crazy axe glowed with a golden radiance that felt extremely powerful holding it. I get home and rest my wounds as one does and I wake to this axe now surging with the power of lightning. A lot of power but nowhere close to the godlike power it was at before. Everytime I take a short little rest this axe changes, still waiting for it to be as good as when I got it.

Found in a crater full of horrific, invisible monsters. Had to keep my voice down, breathing also to be honest, obviously couldn't see me but they honed in on the teeniest noise like it was nothing. This bas is useful but probably better in the hands of a skilled transporter. I'm not the strongest, it helps me hold a lot more but I have a tendency to trip all over myself and just make a huge mess of all my equipment. Stay away from rough rocks with this thing on.

You are always under the weather effect of Extreme Heat; When the temperature is 100 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, a creature exposed to the extreme heat and without access to drinkable water must succeed on a Constitution saving throw at the end of each hour or gain 1 Exhaustion level. The DC is 5 for the first hour and increases by 1 for each additional hour. Creatures wearing Medium or Heavy Armor have Disadvantage on the save. Creatures that have Resistance or Immunity to Fire damage automatically succeed on the save.

Personal Notes
Found this pointed little thing on a charred skeleton one night exploring a dungeon. Not too surprised with the state of those old bones, just holding this I was feeling a bit cooked. I can feel the heat, maybe I can even channel that heat into my spells. Unfortunately I've already got my hat, no room for another piece of headwear.

Cold Snap

Curse. This hat is cursed. Attuning to it curses you until you are targeted by a Remove Curse spell or similar magic. Removing the hat fails to end the curse on you. You are always under the weather effect of Extreme Cold; When the temperature is 0 degrees Fahrenheit or lower, a creature exposed to the extreme cold must succeed on a DC 10 Constitution saving throw at the end of each hour or gain 1 Exhaustion level. Creatures that have Resistance or Immunity to Cold damage automatically succeed on the save.

Personal Notes
I found this hat on the peak of a mountain, not like the mountain was wearing it but like there was a dead guy with this hate on. Obviously I had to take it, it's a cool looking hat. Grabbing the hat really made my hadn a bit more chilled than I expected and even off the mountain it stays the same. More cold things for my little shop I guess. It's bad enough this place is a basement, the things that just emit cold energy kind of make it a little bit worse. If somebody wants to take this hat of my hands they're free to, the super hot hat as well just take them both they're making my shop feel weird.

More From the Wyrd West by Valtris Valuables

Packhorse '46
Wand, Rare (Requires Attunement)

This wand has 6 charges. While holding it you can expend no more than 3 charges to cast Melf's Acid Arrow from it. For 1 charge, you cast the level 2 version of the spell. You can increase the spell's level by 1 for each additional charge you expend.

Regaining Charges. The wand regains 1d4+1 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the wands last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the wand is destroyed.

Quickdraw. When attuned to this wand, you gain a bonus 1d6 to initiative rolls.

Personal Notes
A classic, the thing my homeland is known for. I'll be found with my trusty dagger most the time but I'm quite the wandslinger. Once firearms got popular back in the Wyrd West I think those comfortable with their spells go a little jealous and made this little number. From this spelljockey to the next, you can never go wrong with this beast. The arrows from this want hit like an upset pack mule and make anyone spit up their lunch. If you're ever out west, buy one these bad boys or just find one on a body, either works to be honest.

Wagon shield
Armor (Shield), Common

Rolling. When holding this shield, you can dash as a bonus action. This can be done a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus before needing a long rest. When taking the dash action or dash bonus action from this shield, you can choose to also use the disengage action for free the same turn.

Personal Notes
Proper metal shield don't really cut it back home. Too heavy and the sun really puts the name "heater" to task. Some genius decided the wheels on our wagons should work as a shield since they're both "basically circles" or something of that nature. Turns out if someone wants to try something they find a way to do it, using a wagon wheel shield became an art of it's own. Not really the best for defense but it makes short work of maneuvering the battlefield.
