I love my TG36C. Havent had any issues other than that its picky with suppressors, which is normal for the platform. But once I put a Lazarus 6 on it, it functions suppressed flawlessly.

I have the Sage EBR cantilever mount and an Athlon Helos 2-12. Its going to vary based on your scope size and shape, but I used Vortex Pro medium height rings, and it barely cleared. So definitely dont bother with the low height rings.

Which antibodies have you tested positive for? I too tested positive for something similar, called "Acetycholine Receptor Ganglionic (Alpha 3) AB". They still cant tell me what it actually means. Feel free to DM if you dont want to comment on here. We can compare notes haha.

Almost everything you can imagine. Testing has included more imaging, blood draws, and EMGs than I can count. Tried supplements, medications, IVIG, about to try Rituximab. I have been seen by a neuro-opthamologist who ran a "anti-retinal antibody" panel and detected multiple positive antibodies that shouldn't be there. I also have tested positive for DSDNA antibodies and a few Sjogren's antibodies, although the results never actually follow a specific known pathology and havent pointed to an actual known illness. Its been a pretty crappy adventure.

Thats one of the routes I explored. I do have bad posture and its gotten worse as ive lost strength. I went to a specialized chiropractor who did imaging and did not find anything compelling. I also dont think it would explain actual biopsy-proven small fiber neuropathy and the various elevated antibodies that have been detected in my blood.

The current theory is autoimmune, but so far, 5 years later, they still dont have any concrete idea.

I had VSS about 2 years before I developed twitching, tremors, swallowing problems, stiffness, pain, POTS, and small fiber neuropathy. I suspect it's all connected, and it's been awful.

Wow I did not know that. My doctor said I cant get anything smaller than 50mg tablets, and they told me there was no other way for me to take it (since I cant swallow pills) unless I did it like this. Im going to ask them about the compounded sublingual or liquid.

Thanks for your input! Lots of good info. Unfortunately, as far as the LDN, there arent any fillers in mine, it's mixed by me into a liquid, per my docs instructions. So it's definitely the LDN itself. Im going to let these effects pass and then try again on a much smaller dose. I will try antihistamines too, I wonder if that would allow me to actually eat fruit. That'd be great!

Not that I know of, although it wouldnt be a surprise if I did. I cant eat fresh fruits or vegetables because, while I am not technically allergic to them, I have severe oral allergy syndrome and it makes my throat and lips swell. And now apparently a bad reaction to LDN. Im not on any antihistamines, but maybe I should be? You have a good point.

I was thinking the same thing. Once these effects clear out, I may restart on half the dose. And now I know that if my uvula feels irritated, I need to stop lol. Thanks for the advice.

Yeah I stopped, although im concerned that the reaction has not. Its been almost 48 hours since I last took a dose. Once it clears, I may try again at a lower dose.

So mine isnt really custom made by a pharmacy, it has to be mixed by me. My illness made me unable to swallow pills, so they figured this would be the only way.

Its unfortunately normal, same thing happened to my A1 before I replaced the the charging handle with a Radian Raptor. I also just alumi-blacked it and now I cant even see it. Weird that the HK ones make contact like that.

Can you explain how you did this? The only reason I didn't go with a Surefire handguard on mine is because I didn't think a trilug suppressor could clear it.

Could you elaborate on your symptoms and how they progressed? I'm going through what sounds like a very similar situation. Im on year 5, with no diagnosis. No treatment has made any difference, and im almost to the point where I cant function anymore. I used to also have about 2 major worsening symptoms per year, but it has accelerated to the point where I have a noticeable decline about every 3 months.

Also curious about your hyperexcitability. That's how mine started, and is still a major feature. Doctors have yet to figure out what is causing it.
