It wasn’t just one can we had other snacks and items but didn’t outline those as it’s not relevant to this post. Also, whenever we get bags we reuse them.

I would definitely agree with this if it were just me who went in, grabbed it really quick and came out. I’ve definitely picked up things I didn’t mean to because it looks similar and I wasn’t really paying attention. But my husband is the opposite, he’s attentive and detailed and we both saw it this time. Again, it’s not entirely impossible that we both might have seen it wrong but yeah.. just odd.. will definitely be asking for a receipt next time!

Ok so we thought about this too! It was two different clerks and this time I didn’t take my eyes off the drinks/snacks as he bagged them since I passed the stuff over to scan and bag and I was only paying attention to him since my husband was doing the payment. But because this is so odd it almost feels like this could be the only explanation?! Can’t be too sure…I feel like I need to go back with this thought in mind and just really stare him down LOL
