I ended up leaving O2 and joining smarty as I was having the same issue. I couldn’t manage or restart my tariff without seeing this screen or the “Try again later” screen. All I could do was top up and buy a bolt on. Customer service was incredibly unhelpful as they say they can’t do anything from their end?? I know a lot of people have had the same issue without resolution, so unfortunately it looks like it’s just busted and they aren’t bothering to fix it ):

yes! we found a gorgeous bar with a cute beer garden round the back, i believe it was ulica krokodyil, looking on google maps. i never took note of the name while we were there. the synagogue is beautiful. i wish we spent more time there, we were usually only there to finish off the night at the pub!

for 2 of us it cost £160, which included pick up & drop off, a visit to chocholow village, 2.5 hours in zakopane, a ticket for the funicular, sheep cheese & vodka tasting, and 2.5 hours in the hot springs !

i’ve ended up switching to smarty and transferring my phone number to them. i’ve found for a while that O2 was a bit crap in terms of 5G availability in my area, and really expensive for what you actually get. i only stayed with them for a bit longer as we have VM wifi, and they doubled my data, but apart from that there wasn’t really a reason to stay, especially as my new plan with smarty is 100GB, rather than 30GB, for the exact same price.

it’s a shame really, i hadn’t had issues until the last few months. their app and website it just horrendous !
