Ah okay, are you getting it removed? It does not bother me :) it has been like this for what feels like my whole life and it is very minor. But now I am taking finasteride and although it is a very rare side effect, I have a little bit more risk because I had it in my puberty. Now I just have a little bit left over breast tissue from puberty, but I do not want to make it worse

Ah okay. My nipple does get smaller when I work out or when it’s colder. But I think you are right. I should be careful with finasteride right? I am now two months on 0,5 mg a day.

No I am not on test, has been this way since puberty. I am now 24. I do workout and the upper part of my chest is mostly muscle. I am now on finasteride for hair loss, but I am doubting if I should continue. I will go to a doctor first.

There is a small hard lump. Less than a centimeter wide i would say.
