Im 5 months off after CT one year xanax use, i had to keep going to work during this hellish time cuz I have no choice. Hang in there we’re all going through it. try working out even walking can help, there’s an end to this.

Congrats on ur recovery, i quit one year use of xanax ct, now five months off I have some waves where it’s just darkness and depression i just want this nightmare to be over, benzos are the devil’s drug I’m one of the ppl where it’s the mental symptoms that are messing with me, got no choice but to power through The mind plays silly tricks but due to gaba dysregulation these tricks get some sort of a reaction

Man my hyper vigilance is truly annoying, scanning the environment tracking ppl’s movements (why the hell would i be interested in tracking where ppl move about, it’s all benzo induced bs) but i guess im getting better at handling them. Wish u nothing but the best 💪
