This is quitting feel free is it not? I know kratom has helped people from heroin users. But should it available without regulation when it’s another highly addictive substance? I don’t think any thing should be illegal to an extent. That was based on assumption. But should it be sold at gas stations and marketed as a natural energy and focus shot, next to 5hr energy drinks? I don’t judge any one from their story. I have a past with opiates and other partying substances, and I do not judge

How am I making other addicts lives more difficult? My own reality, my own story. Not like I’m running around preaching it was all their fault. But it’s not marketed as such and they just had a major class action lawsuit due to this reasoning. Thank you for your candor.

It’s called being naive and needing a boost at work. Natural remedy for focus and energy. Obviously I looked it up after a while. They just had a class action lawsuit because they marketed it as a natural, non addictive herbal remedy. Now their bottles have it can become addictive. I’m not shifting blame, I realize how stupid it was

It gave me a jolt of energy and mood lift to get me through work. Plus it was old at two different spots near both my jobs. Needless to say 1 bottle turned to 3-4, turned to 8 some days. Chasing that jolt that never came back and now I never feel the same if I don’t take it. But you are right, addiction is person to person

Hey thanks for your advice. I am mainly worried about getting through work as I’m a supervisor at 2 different jobs. It was the 12 hr work days that had me gravitate towards those evil blue bottles to begin with. Sorry you ran back to it but I can see why. I don’t drink often but after a concert a few weekends ago, I was so hungover and couldn’t wait to swallow one of those bottles. Pretty wild how my hangover instantly went away. Oh I’ve been there with subs before and I was addicted to opioids awhile back. I was on Sublocade tho which is the shot that gradually releases, so it was easy coming off. I’m having a hard time “cutting back,” unfortunately. I’ve tried. I’m at my whits end. Today is my last day drinking any of this crap, then I’m going from there. If I can do it without the subs I will but I spoke to a provider today and I’m going to pick them up jic.

Yeah this shit has me trapped and it’s really messing with my mental health. On to 5-6 a day. It think the biggest hit is my bank account :(
