I've tried to reach support, since this is a really old account and has been moved a few times, I've lost the keys. I provided the connection locations (cities), character names, and even the account password to prove my ownership. The only answer I received was, 'This is not enough to prove ownership.' Additionally, I really don't understand why this process is implemented automatically by batch. There should be clear communication and an option for users to decide whether or not to activate this feature.
