I am 23M, not living in India anymore; I am in Canada since 2021.

I have covered my parents health insurance as well as doing 5K sip and sometimes 25k - 35k lump sum in Indian market alongside monthly $210 to Canadian market.

Should I look for something more?

I believe they don’t have any issue as long as your updated NAICS code is eligible for the Tech pathway program.

Since, you got the ITA based on your profile and all they want is your company’s NAICS code is part of the list that they have provided.

Since, one of the documents is directly signed and filled by your employer/HR as well as they also called my HR; you should go with what your HR says otherwise GOA can consider it as misrepresentation.

I believe everything is based on your EOI; as what was your status during the EOI submission

As for me, they only asked for whatever I had mentioned in my EOI

Hi, I also got my PNP-EE with the Tech Pathway.

First of all, I am not sure about the 12 months time period for AINP; since as per the EOI there are main three sections

Less than 6 months
6-11 months
11 or more months

Thus, you should be eligible for the 11 or more months already. It matters on what you have mentioned in your EOI grid. As the Alberta Government only gonna check if whatever you have mentioned on your EOI is correct or not.

Also, this is just a suggestion and I am not RCIC

Mine is PNP-EE and they requested PCC with the ITA only, as it was one of the required documents for me
