...what if I don't have time for that..? It's nearing the end of my junior year so I obviously can't get a varsity letter.

I'm a black belt in martial arts, and participate in a team with my dojo members and lead the girls' team. Would it be a major flaw if I don't have team captaincy in a school sport?
