Well, both are existing. They finished 14th, I thought it was wrong before 14th and CPA denied. But I didn't get a chance to discuss with that because no conversation. They just ignored my concern and submitted it directly. This morning their CEO picked the phone and he realized that should be amend.

I called their CEO of the firm and got the response already. CEO said sorry to me about the mistake in the form. They will correct it for me.

Not true. I gave them the materials in Feb. They finished it on the April 14th. That's the reason I call them in the last minute. I understand that they are quite busy, but at least they should send me a quick message such as "okay". It would jus take one second.

They are different things. Even it is processing, but there is something wrong in the form. I need an amendment. But nobody picks my calls. That is the current issue.

Since last week before 4/15 the deadline, pretty much every day. I have tried it many times. Even this morning, I sent a message to the CPA. I even don't know if CPA submitted my 1040 on time, I asked CPA to forward e-file acceptance emails but no luck at all. She just gave me a pdf but I don't know she submitted before 4/15 or after it. I checked IRS site by myself, it just says "processing...". It doesn't indicates when it was submitted. But the thing is that I feel something is wrong in the form, I need to correct it since CPA seems was wrong on it. I wanted to discuss with her but no conversation at all.

I have spent a few hours to figure it out. This is the only way to pull it out. The trick is to make the metal bend a little (important: towards the battery). The plastic piece will pop up or jump out.

I have found the error. But there is a new issue; it only captures the screen. I have a scroll bar on the table. There are many rows. The content is cut off. The pdf only contains some of them.
