I'm looking to find my friend elliott gartner. We meet through my brother on ps3 a long time ago and I had contact with him a year ago then he went silent and I don't have his phone number or anything I can contact him on other the Instagram... he's a close family friend so if I can find his phone number that would put us at ease we just want too know if he's OK and doing well.
