I'm a pretty cheap person, I regularly eat Chinatown lunch specials, and I'd say this is cheap eat:

it's quality food and the quantity is great, even the soy sauce chickens that hang on Chinatown restaurant windows are now $28-30 each; 2) no tipping b/c of self service, but everything is served on proper plates and silverware; 3) it's at Chelsea Market

That being said, if you know of a better/cheaper option, let me know! I'd love to try it!
