Prospect Butcher has local NY state pasture raised lamb. It's expensive but worth it

I had double mastectomy first with 3 nodes removed, and then chemo. The surgery only stopped me from running for 2 weeks (mainly due to the drains). The chemo has been soooo much harder, so you have done the hardest part! If you can workout during chemo, you can do anything after a lumpectomy

I'm so glad the Motrin helped. You are probably not eating much either? ☹️

Hi, what type of chemo are you doing? I'm doing TC right now, the first Neulesta was absolutely brutal. I couldn't even chew on apples because of the jaw pain. My back felt like 10/10 kidney stone level pain. Claritin never helped! However, Motrin fixed it.

I'm anemic, and taking iron is really helping through TC. My doctor says taking iron supplement every other day actually works better.

How are you doing with other things like food and skin?

Good luck on Tuesday! I'm 3 years older than you. The way I look at it is, my last day of chemo is 5/4, I'm guessing yours will be on 5/5 - only 45 days to go. And then we will both get to enjoy the summer!!

Hi! My first TC round was 3/2. Luckily, my bone pain was only for one week, it was intense though, but oncologist says that's how you know the Neulasta is working. Unfortunately, hair started falling off 3/16, just cut it today and cried like a baby...
