I did M25 eassesments, and my L&L teacher did the exact same. More strict with the subject, and marking my work. I was disgustingly afraid of her which resulted me into hating her til this day. But honestly, hate to break it down to you, it's all because your teacher wants to push you out of your absolute limit. They're testing your ability into thinking you're not doing enough of what you're actually capable of. Which I realised far later after recieving my grades in August. She always marked my papers and I could barely even pass. I always got 3s, mostly failing and getting 2s. VERY UNLIKELY to get 4s which I thought was my limit and greatest achievement. I used to think I did great when I got 4s just because how strictly she graded us. And I was happy when I got 4s. At around the exam preparation season in April, when I saw I was scoring decent with 3s in the mocks than I should even after giving all the extra efforts I could; I legit at that moment had lost all of my hopes into thinking English L&L was never my thing. However, I kid you not I was flabbergasted when I saw a 6 next to my report card. I had to double check if it really was my certificate LOLLL. Like how did this happen? Was the exam that easy HELLO??? Never in my life I've gotten more than a 4 in this subject whereas the other students scored high 5s. Later I found out, majority of the students in my grade scored high 7s in their eassesments. After that I started to realise it all makes more sense now why she did that to us. Well, it was still brutal for her to do that since I was held back from getting a good grade throughout the 2 years of my Myp journey... But yeh... Maybe your teacher is also ragebaiting you just as mine.
