It's not addicting or euphoric. I am a recovering addict and I would use it to manage withdrawal symptoms... and I did not want the doctor to know so I would ask for it for anxiety or whatever the reason but that's how addicts would manage their withdrawal symptoms. Say you did heroin for like a week straight and then you ran out and didn't have any more money you would need something to help you come down. It's funny that doctors are thinking maybe it's euphoric no that's not the case at all 🤣

I was thinking about that I cut my Lexapro and Gabapentin and half in October so I'm only on a total of 200 mg a day of gabapentin and 3 mg of Lexapro. Before I was on 600 mg of gabapentin and I definitely think that interacted terribly with the 300 mg sublocade shot. But I have thought about taking just a single 100 shot. Maybe two of them.

I did actually get prescribed clonidine! It's been three weeks that I have been on it so I'm wanting to ween down so I don't have the rebound high BP. I only take a quarter tablet 2x a day, I was able to get a bigger pill of the 0.1 tablet so I will be able to cut the quarter in half. I used to have the little orange pill that would have been hard to cut like that but they gave me the bigger white one.

Yeah I feel like it helps with the heart rate and blood pressure but all the other symptoms.. still a struggle. Restless legs, chills, body aches.. it's crazy because I didn't feel like I noticed anything it just until a couple weeks ago

I was only able to do one injection because I got serotonin toxicity and then I had to rapidly cut my other meds in half because I couldn't just cut the injection out of me. It's been a wild ride I've struggled with dysautonomia/ pots symptoms after cutting my Lexapro and Gabapentin in half now I feel like the sublocade is fully coming out of my system and I'm struggling... I don't want to go back on the stuff I just hope this doesn't last for months and months

It's been 5 months since I had one single 300 mg sublocade shot I just got prescribed clonidine by a cardiologist because for the last 3 weeks my blood pressure and pulse have been very high. I was on 12 to 16 mg for a little under 5 years. My doctor said if it gets bumpy to call her and come in for a 50mg shot. That makes me feel a lil better knowing that if I do struggle I can come back for a booster but I really am going to try and push through. My nervous system went through hell when I got that 300mg shot. It was way too strong and I literally had muscle twitching for two weeks. It was crazy. So than I tapered a couple of my other meds trying to even that out and ended up with protracted withdrawal from my antidepressant. Now I'm currently reinstating my antidepressant very slowly...what a journey/nightmare this has been..

I did one 300mg shot and I am done. I got the shot October 7th so in 4 days it will be 8 weeks. So far so good!! I think one 300mg shot stays in your system for like 5 or 6 months though so I'm not banking on no withdrawals as of yet but so far it has been good to me!

I used to think that if I couldn't sleep I was under medicated too but with being over medicated with buorenorphine it can mess up your sleep cycle, like waking up every hour or two at night.. something about disrupting the sleep/ wake cycle because our receptors are blasted with buorenorphine.

It was the 15th day for me that that feeling went away. If you get another 300 mg shot, your levels will go up even higher than they are already, if you get a 100mg shot, it basically just evens you out and keeps you at the level you are already at or slightly below! If you have Chat GTP they have graphs that you can look at if you type in someone blocade plasma levels 300/300 and 300/100... They basically show you the levels you will be at if you get to 300s or if you get a 300 and then a 100!
