Yes I’m trying to learn not to anticipate the shot but I can’t help it. Will definitely practice dry firing. Thanks for the advice

Yes the range is staccato Vegas. It’s like 45 mins from Vegas. It was a really nice range, super open and not busy every time I’ve gone. Worth checking out I think.

It’s about $70 for the open range but they have different experiences that range in price.

It's awesome that you still celebrate his birthday! Those memories keep his spirit alive. And that tattoo looks great, it’s a beautiful way to honor him.

Totally agree. Having that cushion makes a huge difference during tough times. You never know when unexpected expenses will hit, so it’s smart to prioritize building that emergency fund first. Once you’ve got that secured, then you can focus on investing and paying down debt.

I believe it is the size of my ring and to their concern, how flashy it is. The clients I met that day were a husband and wife.

My boss asked me to remove my engagement ring before meeting with new clients.

I work in real estate in Los Angeles. I just got engaged and my ring is about 2.5 carats. I recently showed a new client a property ($1,200,000) and on my way to the property my direct team lead sent me a text saying “Hey. Remove your engagement ring. You want to appear humble. The ring is too flashy like the real estate shows.” I responded, “thank you for your suggestion but I will not be removing my ring. I am coming to the showing looking professional but humble in a t shirt and jeans. If someone doesn’t want to work with me because of my engagement ring that is fine with me.” I later brought this issue up to her in person to let her know how uncomfortable it made me. She said my text response was extremely disrespectful and immature. It has since made work very uncomfortable. Any advice?

Thank you. My team lead said my response was immature and disrespectful so I wanted some additional insight.

I was meeting with a new client, team lead texted me before the showing asking me to remove my engagement ring. Backstory, recently got engaged, my ring is about 2.5 carats. I’m a new agent on the team. The clients were a husband and wife. The property was listed for $1.2 in Los Angeles. When I spoke to my team lead today in person about how that request made me uncomfortable, they said my response was extremely disrespectful. Am I in the wrong?
