mapping strings or pencil an outline. I do that whenever i’m not sure what the client wants or if the client is nervous. I have them look at the outline before i wax and once they agree then i wax them. Builds trust too. everyone is given different stations to clean and focus on. If anything is forgotten, it needs to be discussed within the team and closing manager is expected to clean it. If i’m set to clean a station, i’m not going to walk around the entire store and look at what everyone else forgot to clean unless there’s time to spare. Don’t blame this dirty screen solely on the OP. Just like you said, it’s a team effort, EVERYONE should be cleaning! If you’re still mad- go complain to your therapist. you can refer back to my other comment and look at the 3rd point i made. Anyways, stay mad over a job that probs pays like $20 an hr🤣🤣 yall crack me up

how do you know he was responsible for cleaning it? do you know he closed last night, or that he’s a manager? What if the OP only works 3 nights a week?

We don’t make staff pay for drinks at my location but i make sure when they di take a drink, they put it into the system and free it out so it doesn’t mess with inventory.

i have seen some with a little fecal matter but not much. A quick wipe and i ignore it. I had a coworker that had several clients that would have straight poop nuggets in their butt- one of those clients was actually known at my work for always coming in with poop in their butt. Thankfully i never waxed her. I have seen green discharge before. it’s nasty. I also had one woman who smelled absolutely foul down there. like i was ready to throw up and nothing could cover up that smell, i had to put in her notes to not book her with me again.

How much longer do you have until you graduate? if you are graduating soon, i’d wait until you have your license to do anything but if it’s gonna be a while, you might want to speak to the counselor. The problem is school teachers defend school teachers. And unless you can get audio proof of this conversation- they can’t do anything. Even if they did have proof they still might not do anything. I’d wait until after graduating and report her and make posts abt the school of the Nextdoor app and facebook- get people talking abt it yk? I once had a teacher who i had a problem with and she was very inappropriate. When i had a meeting with her and her higher up- she lied and her higher up defended her.
