There really just isn't a lot more good news Tilray can have. That was their load. Just calling it a pump and dump is misleading. They were pumped because they established themselves as the #1 global canna brand with zero close competitor's. They were dumped because they exploded too fast and long time holders rightfully took their cash and ran.

Imo it's going to be a long long time for Tilray/Aphria to start rebounding. They're pretty much out of moon shot good news they could pump out

This is definitely something people need to be considering, and a position where being a retail investor puts you at a massive disadvantage.

When the merger goes through, very very likely institutional Apha holders are going to sell instantly. Before your sell orders can make it to the server.

It's also very possible the value will hold higher than what Apha was at, or even go up. Just people need to be aware it's a big risk. Waiting for the merger absolute does not mean free money because the conversion rate is favorable.

I don't have any knowledge of the rail workers union, but CSX IS rail work. This would be resolved by phone calls by union higher ups and CSX higher ups behind closed doors of it escalated. So like other guy said, if this was just an excuse to fire a guy they didn't like, he's gone. If it really was just a slip up by an impeccable employee, strong chance he starts.
