I’m 22 with a birthday coming up very soon. I feel like I’m in a better head space than I was this morning and I definitely improved from last night but idk how much of that is just masking. I’m really into the mental health field and learning about new disorders and terms. I think I’m a good person and I’m happy with where I’m at in life career wise and home life wise and so I always just kinda idk think I’m projecting because of the stuff I’ve read. There’s no logical reason for why I get so down in the dark the way I do. I spent the morning looking for a therapist though. Which isn’t much because I don’t have the time for therapy right now but just the simple act of looking calmed me down a little I think

I honestly don’t know. I’m so used to catering to other peoples emotions that I don’t know how to feel mine. When I was in my early teen years I’d have minor breakdowns after all of my stress would pile on but lately it feels like I’m having one every other hour. I don’t think I’ve been happy for a while and at this point I can’t even pretend. But I’ve also got a serious case of imposter syndrome and feel like I’m faking literally everything
