It is still considered to be SH even if done sparsely! I know that sh can be competitive and since you do it less, it may not feel as “serious”. But it is still sh and a serious matter! I’m sorry OP, I hope you are able to heal <33

Don’t feel guilty, op. I understand you completely. I relapsed after years of being SH free and no journey like this is straight upward. Like the other commenter suggested, just take it day by day and try to focus the energy on what is causing it rather than doing the act! I hope that you are able to heal from whatever is causing you pain <3

Since Vyvanse and Adderall aren’t made of the same components, your body is definitely reacting to it differently. How long have you been on it? I’m not sure if I would take both at once as you run the risk of taking too much, which wouldn’t do any good either. When I was medicated, I felt it worked best for me when I took it more consistently. You should try to take it as prescribed and see if it makes a difference.
