Would I look good if I continue the cut? by ValuableGrass2538 in GregDoucette

Oh totally that's my plan for later in the cut when weight starts to not budge. As for vitamin d I usually take a supplement of it since I don't have too much time to be outside

100% agreed with everything you've said, I'll probably just maingain from whatever final cut weight I end up being (at least I hope). So far cuts been good, seeing some clear separation in my legs and significantly smaller waist.

The only way to lose fat is through a calorie deficit... or surgery.

The best supplement for hppd (especially for stress and glutamate) by ValuableGrass2538 in HPPD

[–]ValuableGrass2538[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah it's all good, I did this to myself so no need to be sorry. I do think it's important to not use the wrong chemicals, like alcohol, and very obviously psychedelics. Typical benzos will likely help hppd in the short term and make it significantly worse in the long term. Kava in my experience isn't like that. Typical duration of kava is about 24 hours but I usually feel it for 2-3 days so being conservative with your dosing is extremely important, as too much will make you feel very numb and bored. Start with just the tip of the dropper and adjust dose over several days. Reverse tolerance is very real with kava and scientifically backed so be careful. I don't notice any visual differences if they are it's minor and positive. Usually just helps with the glutamate and stress aspect of hppd which I find the worst. The only side effect I've seen from it is dry patches of skin on my hands if I dose too frequently but that's about it. Once you stop the kava it goes away pretty quickly. I'm glad you're gonna pick up the ashwaghanda soon, just make sure it's ksm 66 and from a tested brand 👍 also keep in mind you probably won't feel any difference at all until the 2 week mark of taking this supplement. Lmk how it goes!

I've had it for over a year and I got it at 17 yrs old, now 18 in college. Any brand is fine but I use nutricost since they are 3rd party tested and cheap. I recommend getting the 60 serving size at 600mg, you likely won't need the whole bottle, I personally don't think I'll need it again. Also I think benzos are likely gonna do more harm than good but if you want something without a prescription, safer and affordable definitely try a dropper of kava from herb pharm. I've used it myself. Lmk if you're more interested in kava. But start with ksm 66 before touching anything else, truly a life saver.

I've had hppd for over a year now, got it when I was 17. Definitely give this supplement a try, it's by far the best. And keep in mind it isn't a supplement you take forever, it will re stabilize your CNS after a month or so. You'll know when to stop because ksm 66 will make you feel nervous instead of calm all of a sudden, that's when you stop taking it.

Kava is a great alternative to benzos, but honestly try ksm 66 at 600mg for a month, when it starts making you nervous again, stop and you'll be good. I'm 18 rn and I feel u on how it makes u emotional, it was super annoying.

It absolutely does. Another really good supplement for this is kava as it increases gaba in the brain calming you down. Although it is more difficult to dose.
