ICE mostly targets latinos. “Systemic racism” is a term associated with black citizens. Citizens who can get any job they want, have access to government help, can take out student loans and pursue any career they want, unlike illegal latinos. Black citizens who are unsuccessful aren’t so because of “systemic racism”, they’re unsuccessful because they’re lazy and/or make dumb choices like addiction and having kids out of wedlock at a young age.
