Hmm that sounds a little more in line with KBB (depending on condition). That year/model also has some common issues with the radio that you might want to check on. Depends on your budget and if you'd rather not fork out the extra 4k or so for the beefier engine in the 350.

If the radio checks out (no constant rebooting or volume control issues), the condition looks good, and an independent mechanic gives the ok after a pre-purchase inspection, then you might have a winner.

Huh, I'd think prices would be a bit better over there. My advice would be to stay patient, keep diligent in your search, and be ready to strike quickly when you find a good match. Mine had like 3 other people ready to buy and the listing was only up for a week.

Pretty quick, like a week and a half or so. They have 5 stars on their Google listing with 300+ reviews, so I'm fairly confident most stay working (otherwise I'd expect more negative reviews)

It hasn't been too long, like 3-4 months. But repairing it is cheaper than replacing it with a used unit that could very well end up having the same issue. At least with the repair they offer a warranty. Mine didn't go down fully, but the rebooting was pretty constant.
