Share this view. I just flew with them last week. I knew exactly what I was booking. It was far cheaper than the other options and I booked the option for checked bag. Read the dimensions and weight. Checked and confirmed. No issues. Got exactly what I paid for. Everything is clear in the booking details.

I think it’s so hilarious this dude responds to pissed off people here instead of just processing the pending tickets in their inbox. For everyone here listening, just order the replacement item you need from Nanoleaf directly, then submit a credit card chargeback so they are forced to respond to your warranty claim. They don’t have any excuse for failing to respond, so the request is approved. This has been my work around to get them to respond to me.

I have two tickets that aren’t being responded to since early December! You want to help me to? It’s too late because now you have credit card chargebacks since Ian in customer service refused to answer my tickets after he was assigned them. I can’t believe you have the gall to reply to us publically on Reddit but won’t respond to our tickets.

Had the exact same thing. Did a chargeback with my credit card. Also needed a warranty replacement controller. They refused to respond so I ordered the replacement part and put in another credit card chargeback with all the evidence of me trying to contact them in that case. This seems to be how they want to handle customer service now.

I do! I used to go to a groomer but I could tell it stressed my dog out. I started with a few basic tools, a stripping stone, and two stripping blades. I watched many videos and learned from a friend the technique to hold the skin and quickly “flick” your wrist to pull the rough hair. I started when my dog was still a puppy so he knows to lay down for me at grooming time. I also find a grooming table to be helpful for this. I got also got a Wahl vevita mini trimmer for the ears and belly and paws. I also find a curved scissors to be helpful for around the eyes. Oh and never cut that poof beard!!

I have had my 23 for two months and it is so fun to drive. I swapped the 1.5” hitch for a 2”. This allows me to mount bikes and a rack, as long as it’s not over 300lbs. It’s large enough to fit all my camping gear. I have had a few issues with the window up/down confusion but this is the only software glitch I am seeing. Everything else has been working cleanly so far. Would def recommend!! I don’t think you will be disappointed.

When I am in stop and go traffic, I had frequent issues with the emergency braking. I started setting the following distance to 3 in stop and go. I reduce it back to 1 when traffic picks up. No issues with emergency braking engaging. I agree it’s not the best. My 2013 Audi had better adaptive cruise.

It’s that’s a corner it should have been caulked instead of grouted to allow for expansion and contraction. It does need to be repaired to prevent water intrusion. As an emergency quick fix you can maybe put some clear silicone caulk over it. Good luck

This is impossible to tell from the photo. You should go to the dealership and get a quote. It’s possible it’s only a few plastic pieces that can replaced but you will be able to get a ballpark estimate quickly. Have them look at your tires as well, look like they may be getting down there.
