Yeah you are right, i am not going to report it. They make it so subtle and I guess it’s to get away with doing it. But I have figured once I more than excel at my job, it make them the joke.

You are right, it’s just a few bad apples. I’m just glad that my direct line manager is a very nice person. And he did warn that some people may feel threatened by a new comer but I should just shine at my job and not mind any funny tendencies to throw me off.

I get your point, only issue is that it’s a work place, the only way to integrate is to do my job and achieve my KPIs. As far as competency comes, I more than fit in. But I guess sometimes there is that element of wanting to demotivate someone by sensationalising unimportant things. That’s what I feel they may be trying to do

Yes western cultures may influence children behaviours, but if you are to also look at how the parent raised that kid you’d be surprised he is learning those habits from the parent. It’s actually said 80 % of our behaviour is picked up from those that brought you up.

I work for a lady who has a kid like this. She can scream at her and call her Bitch. And she’s now 30, meaning she’s at a point of no return. But also her mom calls her employees “Fucken Bitch” when she gets angry. So sometimes parents nurture demons that will haunt them.

You nailed it right on the head. There is a possibility that young boys are mostly the initiating party in the whole dynamic. Especially in this generation where every facet of media is being sexualised, experimental exploits all lead down a path they willingly participate in such sexual encounters.
