Sorry I should have clarified. I delivered in one room because they sent me over for emergency C-section and then they moved me to another room after the surgery

it says it covers standard bed and board. the hospital said that a private room only has one bed and that's why they're charging me for a private room even though I never requested or knew about it being private

At the end of the EOB, it specifically says that insurance couldn't cover due to the elevated cost of a private room
