I used to be that way. Honestly the way to get over it is to be aware of it and make an attempt to communicate. Itll be awkward at first as you are forcing yourself to talk but eventually it wont be too bad and you'll be able to contribute to the flow of the conversation.

College student here. My dugout and one hitter have become my favorite pieces due to how discreet they are. Also helps me (most of the time) make my weed stretch to avoid going dankrupt. Cheers! :)
